➡️ If Your order does not meet the minimum refill threshold (at least 10% of your existing count). For example, if your start count is 1,000, your order must be at least 100 followers/views/etc. For large bases with small orders, no refill will be given.
➡️ If You place multiple orders for the same link before the previous order is completed or canceled.
➡️ If You order for the same link from our panel and from another panel before the order status completed or canceled.
